Before you ask your AM

Applications sent during business hours are usually reviewed within a few hours, and almost always the same business day. Telegram applications tend to be fastest because we can ask follow-up questions immediately.

No. Your postback fires on the same event the advertiser confirms to us. Where an advertiser applies its own approval window (common in COD nutra and crypto KYC), you see the pending and approved states separately in your reporting.

Yes — bumps are volume and quality based. If your traffic converts to deposit or delivers a good approval rate, your AM will typically offer the increase before you ask. If you're testing and need a competitive rate to justify the spend, tell us and we'll ask the advertiser.

Your AM is notified the moment a cap fills or an advertiser pauses, and will send you replacement offers in the same GEO and model. Traffic already sent is still paid on the terms it was sent under.
